Atlantixs Ltd ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. What we collect
- Contact details you submit (name, work email, company, optional message and trading volume)
- Account data if you sign in (email, hashed credentials, role)
- Usage data (IP address, device, pages viewed) via standard server logs and optional analytics
2. Why we use it
- To respond to introduction requests and operate the marketplace (legitimate interests / contract performance)
- To send service emails such as confirmations and account notices (contract / legitimate interests)
- To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations (legal obligation)
3. Sharing
We share contact details with the relevant counterparty only when you explicitly request a warm introduction. We use trusted processors (hosting, email delivery, analytics) bound by data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.
4. Storage & transfers
Data is stored on infrastructure hosted in the EU/UK. Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on adequacy decisions or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
5. Retention
Introduction request records are kept for up to 36 months for dispute and audit purposes. Account data is kept while your account is active and for 12 months after closure. Server logs are kept for 90 days.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise any right, email privacy@atlantixs.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
