1. Who we are

Atlantixs ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Atlantixs Ltd, a company incorporated in England & Wales. By using our website or services (the "Services") you agree to these terms.

2. What we do

Atlantixs is a curated introduction marketplace for the cross-border payments ecosystem. We source, vet and anonymise commercial opportunities and, on request, facilitate warm, double-opted introductions between counterparties.

3. What we are not

Atlantixs is an unregulated introduction service. We do not provide, arrange, or advise on payment services, foreign exchange, or any other regulated financial activity. We do not hold client money, quote rates, execute transactions, or act as principal or agent in any payment flow. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, legal, tax or investment advice.

4. Eligibility

The Services are intended for businesses operating in the regulated financial-services sector or their professional advisers. By using the Services you confirm you are acting on behalf of such a business and have authority to bind it.

5. Introduction requests & fees

When you request a warm introduction, you authorise us to share the information you submit with the relevant counterparty. Fees, if any, are disclosed at the point of request. If we are unable to make a warm introduction within the stated window (currently 24 hours), the fee is fully refundable on request.

6. Referral terms

Where Atlantixs makes a warm introduction between you and a counterparty, that introduction is provided on a referral basis. If you (or your group) have a separate written referral, partnership or commercial agreement in place with Atlantixs covering the relevant counterparty, opportunity or corridor, the terms of that signed agreement govern the commercial arrangement (including any fees, revenue share, exclusivity, tail period and confidentiality) and take precedence over this section to the extent of any conflict.

Where no such signed agreement exists, the following default terms apply: (a) the introduction is provided for your internal evaluation only; (b) you will not bypass Atlantixs to engage the counterparty on substantially the same opportunity for a period of twelve (12) months from the introduction date; (c) any fee disclosed at the point of request is payable on the terms set out there; and (d) you will keep the identity of the counterparty and the contents of the introduction confidential. Acceptance of an introduction constitutes agreement to these referral terms.

7. Anonymised opportunities

We anonymise opportunities before publication. You agree not to attempt to re-identify counterparties, contact them outside the Atlantixs introduction process, or scrape, copy or redistribute opportunity data.

8. Acceptable use

You will not use the Services to:

• Submit false, misleading, or unlawful information
• Solicit, send unsolicited marketing, or spam other users
• Circumvent fees or otherwise abuse the introduction process
• Reverse-engineer, scrape or systematically extract content

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlantixs is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Services, including any commercial outcome of an introduction. Our total aggregate liability is capped at fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be limited under English law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these terms or for conduct that, in our reasonable opinion, harms the marketplace or other users.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
